No words of great wisdom today, although I don’t think any of my words are what one would call “great wisdom”. Yesterday was a good day. Work went well, came home and had a bite to eat with the family, and then I took the kids to the Y. I worked out for about 45 minutes and sat in the sauna and steam room for another 20.
